In this video, I want to share with you three books that have helped me overcome negative thinking and become a happier, more joyful and optimistic catholic wife and mom. I know that sometimes it can be hard to stay positive when we face so many challenges and difficulties in our lives, such as scandals in the church or the stressors of family life as a mom. But I believe that God wants us to have a hopeful and grateful attitude, and that we can learn to change our mindset and habits with God's grace and guidance.

On the contrary, these are all short and uplifting books that will leave you feeling inspired and encouraged. Progress and baby steps is what really matters, so start by trying to play the glad game. ☺

WHO I AM:
Hi! I’m a Catholic wife and homeschooling mother of 6 children.
I have an MS degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neuroscience and (before being a stay at home mom) I used to work in a research lab studying the reward system and the effects that cues have on our behavior. In my routine, I use a lot of habit stacking and sensory cues (visual reminder like statues, scented candles paired with prayer time, etc.) to keep my routines running smoothly, even if there are interruptions I try to make it flexible and adaptable.
I’ve discovered so many things from timeless, traditional Catholic books, and other amazing resources and I just want to share them with the world, so others can benefit from them, as I have and as I continue to strive to grow in virtue.

A fire at Incarnation Catholic Church in Orlando was reported to law enforcement around 11:30 p.m. on June 24. That day was the one-year anniversary of the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the 1973 landmark Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide. Law enforcement is still investigating the incident. On today’s program Luis Roman talks with Father William Holiday about this tragedy.

It is a really deep wound that the curch cooperated willingly with all the measures of the state to fight against the Coronavirus. It was a wrong path because of lacking the spirit of dicernement like with the other wound. One of the worst things what was said was that to take this failed and dangerous vaccination is an act of love and everybody shoud do it!
