Why include women and laity in the Synod of Sin? Because like good Marxists they believe in leveling all hierarchies. The end goal is for the hierarchy to abolish itself altogether. This seems to be why Francis repeatedly demeans the office he holds. It appears like he is trying to train trads to despise the papacy as much as liberals have for decades. They can't completely destroy the hierarchy because Christ won't allow it, but that's the goal of the modernists.
