⁣The traditional Discalced Carmelite Nuns in Fairfield, PA, are building a monastery to last a thousand years. Inspired by their Carmelite roots in Spain and the colonial architectural style of their local surroundings in Gettysburg, PA, the Nuns have chosen to use only the most traditional methods of stone laying and timber framing. Their goal is to provide a warm and loving home for our Beloved Lord, a place to honor and serve Him all the days of their lives.
