Dixit autem et ad quosdam qui in se confidebant tamquam justi, et aspernabantur ceteros, parabolam istam :
10 Two men went up into the temple to pray: the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
Duo homines ascenderunt in templum ut orarent : unus pharisaeus et alter publicanus.
11 The Pharisee standing, prayed thus with himself: O God, I give thee thanks that I am not as the rest of men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, as also is this publican.
Pharisaeus stans, haec apud se orabat : Deus, gratias ago tibi, quia non sum sicut ceteri hominum : raptores, injusti, adulteri, velut etiam hic publicanus :
12 I fast twice in a week: I give tithes of all that I possess.

13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes towards heaven; but struck his breast, saying: O God, be merciful to me a sinner.

The Chaplet for Our Lady of Consolation is made with 9 beads, any color.
It consists of 3 sets of 3 beads with a crucifix on one end and an Our Lady of Consolation medal on the other end. This style of chaplet is also known as a “novena chaplet”.

On the Medal Pray Mary, Loving Mother of Consolation, I turn to you now in this time of need. I come to you confused and fearful, anxious as a little child.
I know you really are my Mother. You see me with eyes filled with love and understanding. Touch me through your prayers and hold me in your love, that I might continue strong and unafraid in these days of difficulty and hurt.
Gentle Mother, I now confide to you my greatest need (pause and reflect). Please pray that the loving will of Our Father may always come first in my heart and in my mind.
Help me to reflect on the needs in your own life, Mary, the days when you, too, knew concern, fear, loneliness and grief. You always turned to Our Father and gave yourself to Him completely. You knew His love and showed us how to live in it.
When I remember the love of your Blessed Son for me, I am less afraid. When I think of you I can smile. Pray for me, Mary. Guide me always in your love, and lead me to your Son, Jesus. Amen.
Pray the Our Father on each of the first three beads Our Father, Who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Pray the Hail Mary on each of the next three beads Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Pray the Glory Be on the final set of three beads Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be; World without end. Amen.
On the Crucifix Pray O Mary Immaculate, our Mother and Consolation, I take refuge in thy most loving heart with all the confidence of which I am capable; thou shalt be the dearest object of my love and veneration. To thee, who art the dispenser of the treasures of Heaven, I shall always have recourse in my sorrows to have peace, in my doubts to have light, in my dangers to be defended, in all my needs to obtain thy assistance. Be therefore my refuge, my strength, my consolation, O Mary the Consoler! At the hour of my death, graciously receive the last sighs of my heart and obtain for me a place in thy heavenly home, where all hearts shall praise with one accord the adorable Heart of Jesus for ever more as well as thy most lovable heart, O Mary. A Chaplet is a Christian meditative form of prayer which uses prayer beads. Some chaplets have a strong Marian element, others focus more directly on Jesus or the Saints. Chaplets are "personal devotionals." They have no set form and vary considerably. In the Roman Catholic Church, while the usual five-decade Dominican rosary is a chaplet, often chaplets have fewer beads than a traditional rosary and a different set of prayers.
This channel was created by a husband and wife team who wanted to compile both common and rare chaplets in one easy to find place in order to fill a gap in the accessibility of these amazing Catholic prayers.
This channel seeks to bring a multitude of different chaplets, in all of their forms, to listeners providing a rich resource of spiritual healing, encouragement, and support for the daily struggles of everyday life.
The channel is designed primarily for listening while in the car, home, doing chores, or while exercising. Video content is intentionally still so as to focus the listener on the prayers and to be compatible with the other activities in which they’re engaged at the time of listening.

This chaplet invokes the help of the angels, saints, and Christ Himself to protect our chastity and purity as we navigate the dangers and temptations of our lives. Each petition is followed by a verse or two from Scripture and a Hail Mary.
Opening Prayer: Dear Jesus, I know that every perfect gift, and especially that of chastity, depends on the power of Your providence. Without You a mere creature can do nothing. Therefore, I beg You to defend by Your grace the chastity and purity of my body and soul. And if I have ever imagined or sensed anything that could stain my chastity and purity, blot it out, Supreme Lord of my powers, that I may advance with a pure heart in Your love and service, offering myself on the most pure altar of Your divinity all the days of my life. Amen.
1. Dear Jesus, bless our social and cultural climate. Grant that that our society may be purified of everything contrary to chastity, and that we may have the strength to resist the pressures of prevailing ideologies.
2. Dear Jesus, bless our relationships. Grant that they will be holy, healthy, and honorable at all times.
3. Dear Jesus, bless our efforts at modesty. Grant that how we dress and carry ourselves may veil what should be veiled, and give us the strength to resist evil fashions and the glamour of sin.
4. Dear Jesus, bless our five senses. Grant that the things we see, the music and jokes we hear, the food and drink we eat, and the encounters we have through touch may all be pure and holy.
5. Dear Jesus, bless our sensuality. Grant that our impulses may not go after base pleasures, but will be freed by wisdom and inflamed for what is good.
6. Dear Jesus, bless our imagination. Grant that we may be preserved from the fantasies and daydreams that defile us, that all impure images may vanish, and that we may be protected from all the assaults of demons.
7. Dear Jesus, bless our memory. Grant that no memories of past experiences may disturb us, but that the Lord may touch and heal us through hope for a better future.
8. Dear Jesus, bless our power of estimation. Grant that we may quickly sense dangers to chastity, instinctively flee from them, and that we may never turn away from higher and more difficult goods for the sake of sinful self-indulgence.
9. Dear Jesus, bless our affectivity. Grant that we may love chastity and rejoice in it, that all of our emotions may be in harmony with what is right, and that no sadness, discouragement, fear, insecurity, or loneliness may afflict us unto sexual sin.
10. Dear Jesus, bless our intellect. Grant that it may be purged of all false beliefs and all misunderstandings of human sexuality, and that the good angels may flood our intellects with thoughts that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and gracious.
11. Dear Jesus, bless our will. Grant that it may never be opposed by our sensuality, that it may never be conflicted in the moment, but that it may hold fast to chastity no matter how difficult it may be.
12. Dear Jesus, bless our conscience. Grant that it may be swift to judge what is chaste, swifter to execute it, and preserved completely from the suggestions of demons.
13. Dear Jesus, bless our hearts. Grant that the place where Christ abides in us with the Father and the Spirit may become the place where we live with the Holy Trinity in friendship.
14. Dear Jesus, grant us the grace of self-surrender. Grant that we may hand over to God nothing less than our whole lives.

Closing Prayer: Chosen lily of innocence, pure St. Thomas, who kept chaste the robe of baptism and became an angel in the flesh after being girded by two angels, I implore you to commend me to Jesus, the Spotless Lamb, and to Mary, the Queen of Virgins. This channel was created by a husband and wife team who wanted to compile both common and rare chaplets in one easy to find place in order to fill a gap in the accessibility of these amazing Catholic prayers.
Our Lady gave us this simple Chaplet for priests and asked that it be said often throughout the day and night. She said that praying it will release many Graces for priests.
The Chaplet is to have a Crucifix, one bead, then a medal with Our Mother of Divine Love, Patroness of Priests on one side and the Holy Blessed Trinity on the other side. Next are 33 beads that represent the 33 years Jesus spent on earth to join at the medal.
To pray the Chaplet:
Begin and end with The Sign of the Cross.
Pray the Creed on the Crucifix.
Pray the "Our Father on the first bead.
Pray the "Hail Mary on the medal.
Pray "O Jesus, Son of the Living God, have mercy on us and on all our Priests (or you may name a priest) on the 33 beads.
On the medal Pray: "O Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine. (May be sung)
"Blessed be the Holy and Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, Mary Most Holy.
"Mary, Queen of Divine Love, Patroness of Priests, pray for us.
"God Our Father, please send us Holy Priests, all for the Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, all for the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, in union with St. Joseph.
"Ave, Ave, Ave Maria. Ave, Ave, Ave Maria." (May be sung)
Pray the "Glory Be on the single bead.
Pray the "St. Michael Prayer on the Crucifix. Amen.

As Chief Operating Officer for Young Catholic Professionals (YCP), Peter Blute manages national and chapter operations, expansion efforts, brand and marketing efforts, and volunteer support. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dallas and then spent two years working in Rome and traveling across Europe as a staff member on UD’s study-abroad campus. After returning to Dallas, he worked in marketing and sales efforts prior to joining the YCP apostolate in 2014 as the non-profit’s second full-time employee.
The show starts with Peter reflecting on his background as a ballet dancer, and the puns ensue.

Respondens autem Jesus, dixit : Nonne decem mundati sunt? et novem ubi sunt?
18 There is no one found to return and give glory to God, but this stranger.
Non est inventus qui rediret, et daret gloriam Deo, nisi hic alienigena.
19 And he said to him: Arise, go thy way; for thy faith hath made thee whole.
Et ait illi : Surge, vade : quia fides tua te salvum fecit.
These fourth century apostles revused to offer sacrifce to pagan gods. After imprisnonment in an African jail they died for Christ in pagan spectacles along the Italian coast.
