Ok, I watched all 4 parts. You went a little crazy there at the end (I hate it when people start yelling!), but it was a really good analysis and I loved the way you drew out the internal relation between liberalism and communism. At the theoretical level, and setting aside the horrors of the way communism worked out in practice, Marx's historical materialism/dialectical materialism has a lot more going for it than the classical liberal philosophies he was opposing but neither has really provided a livable alternative (the proof, here, is in the history and the history horrifies). To place Mussolini's Fascism in this context, and you make a good case for doing so, draws out the complexity of the situation that necessitated Mussolini's emergence. I'm waiting for part #5 :) :) :)
