⁣Hailing from Brazil’s Vale da Grama (literally “Valley of Grass”), a coffee region renowned for its well-balanced and citric coffees, Trader Joe’s Cachoeira da Grama Small Lot Coffee (so named for an iconic waterfall, or cachoeira, near our supplier) is the product of pure innovation. To make each batch, our supplier employs an ingenious double-fermentation process, where beans are first fermented in open air tanks, then again in airtight barrels to create lush, vibrant, and superlatively smooth flavor profile.
