Brett Attebery, national pro-life leader, joins the BeatiDudes for an incredible conversation on the need to infuse business principles and practices into the pro-life movement.
Brett is the CEO of Heroic Media and the author of Your Pro-Life Bottom Line.
The show starts with a reflection on the word Dude, including Jeff’s appearance in a full suit to drive home the lesson and highlight the roots of our “dudeness.”
Unfortunately for Jeff, the studio turned off the air conditioning on the day he decided to make this point. Brett and the Dudes reflect on the makings of a BeatiDude and share their views on how authentic fraternity is fostered among men.
Brett’s organization, Heroic Media, provides pro-life advertising to help frontline pro-life pregnancy centers to redirect women away from abortion facilities.
A few years ago, Brett and his team discovered Thrive Express Women’s Healthcare, a center in St. Louis that uses a comprehensive brand marketing approach to reach women before they are in a moment of need. Their unique approach has led to impressive results as well. Brett also shares an updated approach to the vernacular of the pro-life movement that helps to highlight women’s empowerment in addition to the focus on their pre-born babies. During this week’s “Blessed are the Joke Makers,” the dudes take on the persona of an A.I. robot to complete the sentence, “Jesus performed the miracle of _____, but it was never recorded.”
Brett joins the Dudes to address the TBD (The BeatiDudes) Question of the Day: Who do you go to for spiritual mentorship that is not a priest or religious? And the show concludes with another great Reverse Simpsons, a surprise Brett-Day Celebration Party with a $5 limit on the gifts. And unlike a regular party, Brett was asked to judge each of the offerings out loud as the party ended.
