Adult Convert Instructions: Lesson 106: Q. 440-442

In regards to the making of the sign of the cross, can someone please show us how to do it correctly? I have seen several different versions, and they are made so quickly, I cannot figure out what the person is actually doing, as it goes far beyond, the 4 touches, and into something quick and fast, that looks like a double tap and extra motions, like a kissing of their hand/thumb? I cannot figure it out, and if I am to kiss my hand?

Thank you so much! I am an adult new convert, and I have very painful eyes, and I need to be able to listen to this. This one in particular is so very helpful, as I have always been confused about the indulgences. I Loved learning that we can earn indulgences for the poof souls in purgatory.
