Fatima and Communism | What is the difference between the Consecration being very late and too late?

There has been much confusion over Our Lady’s Message at Fatima leading to disagreement and “controversy.” Most of this has been intentional, by design. Make no mistake, this is an aim of the devil, and he puts all his perternatural force behind it.
The three primary examples:
[One] The manner of Consecration was obfuscated by confusing two different requests from Heaven. One was given by Our Lord to Bl. Alexandrina da Costa for the consecration of the world to bring World War II to an end. The other was given to Sister Lucia of Fatima for the consecration of Russia specifically to bring about Russia’s conversion and a period of peace. The former was done by Pius XII on October 31, 1942. The latter has never been done, though many spread the error that John Paul II made this consecration in 1984.
[Two] The Third Secret was not released in 1960 and then what was released in 2000 was missing the words of Our Lady. The disingenuous claim was made by Vatican officials that the prophecies of Fatima were complete. Yet Pope Benedict would correct that in 2010 on his visit to Fatima.
[Three] Sister Lucia’s testimony has been falsified. She was formally silenced by the Pope in 1960. The vast work of Father Joaquin Alonso, the official Fatima archivist, was suppressed in 1975 just before it was scheduled for publication. His work included 24 volumes containing some 5396 documents. A small portion of his work was allowed to be printed, but only after being heavily edited. The rest remains locked under the strictest guard. In the 80s, letters were forged in Sister Lucia’s name. False interviews of Sister Lucia have been conducted. And all these sources usually claimed that the consecration of Russia was complete and Fatima was effectively a thing of the past. There is even an abundance of scientific and forensic evidence indicating that, at times, an imposter was trotted out in her place for various public events.
Given so much deceit, it is not surprising that there is confusion over the Message. To complicate matters further, poor translations of Sister Lucia’s words have been published and key facts are some times mixed up.
These errors have led some well-intentioned Catholics, who wish to be faithful to Our Lady, to think that the time of Fatima has passed us by. They mistakenly think that “the window of opportunity” for having Russia consecrated is now closed. And so, it is now pointless to continue praying or petitioning for the proper consecration. As evidence for this they point to the great apostasy within the Church, the loss of true doctrine, the suppression of true worship, the abandonment of true morals, the forgetting of past devotions and disciplines, the crisis in priestly and religious vocations, the terrible scandals in the hierarchy, in short, the great revolution which has so dramatically changed Catholicism in these the last six decades.
And while these things have indeed happened, they actually confirm Our Lady of Fatima’s prophetic warnings, but they do not indicate the time of Fatima is passed us by. Her words and those of Our Lord Himself correct that error. I’ll review the essential facts regarding this at the end of this podcast.
But since much of this confusion seems to revolve around the phrase “it will be late” as some think Our Lady and Our Lord said “it will be too late.” That is false.

In the 1970s, Sister Lucia began speaking of churchmen have fallen under a diabolical disorientation. A clear sign is when prelates - the pope and bishops - no longer remain faithful to the perennial teaching of the Church. Quod ubique, semper, et ab omnibus. What has always been taught, in every place, and by all. Going all the way back to the college of the Apostles and Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself.
For example, many previous popes - standing in continuity with all of Church teaching - condemned the modern errors of religious indifferentism, of man being “free” to choose whatever religion he believes true or best, of separation of Church and Sate, or the notion that a state should not confess the Catholic Faith in its constitution or formal acts of state. All these errors go against the universal and social kingship of Christ and the truth the Catholic Church is the Mystical Body of Christ and the only Ark of Salvation.
And so the question we pose today to Fatima expert, Fr. Karl Stehlin, is quite common; and it reflects a mentality that has succumbed to these modern errors. In effect, it implies that Christ the King has been uncrowned!

The Fatima Center’s mission is to ensure that the entire Message of Fatima is fully and widely known, accurately understood, and properly acted upon so that Our Lady’s purpose in coming to Fatima – the salvation of souls and the prevention of catastrophic chastisements – may be realized.
The Fatima Center has been faithful to this mission since its founding in 1978 by Fr. Nicholas Gruner († 2015).
First Saturday Devotion requires us to:
1) Make a good Confession (within 8 days before or after the First Saturday).
2) Receive Holy Communion.
3) Pray five decades of the Holy Rosary.
4) Keep Our Lady company for 15 additional minutes while meditating on the Mysteries of the Rosary
5) Offer each of the above acts in reparation for the blasphemies and offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
This video is only a helpful resource, for someone who would like a guided meditation or some assistance in making the meditation. This is NOT the mandatory way to do the meditation, as Catholic tradition allows for innumerable variety in making one's personal meditation. It is after all, one's intimate conversation with God.
